Susan Kushnir is the director of organizational development at Girl Scouts of the USA with experience in agencies, nonprofit companies, consulting, publishing, financial service and other industries. She is the author of a reading/science textbook and has written articles for a variety of training and educational publications including Chief Learning Officer, Talent Management, Training & Management Development Methods, Health and Training magazine. Kushnir was adjunct professor at the New School for Social Research, where she taught business writing, and is a former advisory board member for Executive Development and Executive Secretary magazines. She was also an editor of two PC magazines, Enter and Electronic Learning. Kushnir holds a B.S. in journalism and education from Syracuse University and an Ed.M. from Harvard University. She also received SPHR certification.
